ON COMPLETING THE BOOKING FORMS
Once you have decided what you wish to book with us and have completed the booking form(s) we will confirm the itinerary and availability of all the parts of your trip that can be confirmed at that time.
At this point you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of 20% per person (not including any international flights) plus any international flight fares applicable. In the case of your trip starting in less than 60 days, the full amount payable for services booked with us.
On paying the deposit we will send you a receipt including the balance amount payable and by what date it needs to be settled – usually 60 days* before your trip with us starts.
*Tsars Gold, Golden Eagle and Imperial Russia private train trips require a 20% deposit plus any flights and full payment 90 days before the trip start date.
ONE MONTH BEFORE YOUR TRIP STARTS
Four weeks before your trip start date we will send you a unique URL just for you for this website which allows you to access your client content page. This section includes downloads of your receipt, itinerary and a PDF copy of your personalised 200+ page Trip Guidebook to allow you to prepare for your trip. We will also send you a hard copy of your Trip Guidebook at this time.
DURING YOUR TRIP
We are proud of the fact that our trips run extremely smoothly despite the complex nature of the tours we put together. However, if there are any issues during your trip we provide 24 hour emergency contact numbers including for people on the ground at each destination you are visiting across the Trans-Siberian and throughout China. The numbers will be in your Trip Guidebook.
ON COMPLETION OF YOUR TRIP WITH US
On return from your trip you will invite you to complete our feedback form to let us know how your Trans-Siberian adventure went. Many of our clients keep in contact after their trip and some also book follow up trips with us and we hope you will do the same!
