UK based clients will be familiar with the "traffic light system" of travel - Red, Amber and Green. Currently Russia, Mongolia and China are all Amber but only Russia is open for tourism.
Our policy with regard to trips is as follows:
- A trip to a Green country can go ahead as normal and usual booking conditions apply.
- An Amber holiday can go ahead and our standard booking conditions apply. However, we will consider a rebooking request subject to any change fees charged by local suppliers or airlines which we would aim to minimize. Our trade association, ABTA, provides extensive guidance and Q&As you can read by clicking here
- A Red list holiday cannot go ahead and we will offer either to rebook or refund. We usually take a decision 60 days in advance of the start of your trip with us.
